Who we are
LevelTribe (“we”) runs live AI workshops and courses at leveltribe.com. LevelTribe is a brand of Acots Corporation. The seller is Acots Corporation, a GST-registered proprietorship of Kunal Arora, GSTIN 06CXFPK7395L1ZS, DLF Forum, Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. What we collect
Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the role you choose, work experience, AI familiarity, learning goals, how you heard about us, and anything you type in a message. Profile questions include a “Prefer not to say” option. If you pay, Razorpay processes the payment. We store the order id, payment id and amount. We do not store your card number or UPI PIN. If you arrive from an ad, we may store the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source).
Why we collect it
To register you, send the Zoom link and setup notes, take payment, issue a receipt, and reply if you write to us. Essential registration and access details are sent by email. Optional learning and marketing updates by email or WhatsApp are sent only if you tick the consent box. You can opt out, and we honour that within 24 hours.
Who else sees it
Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database), the email and WhatsApp tools we use to write to you, and Zoom for the live session. If analytics env vars are set, Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft Clarity may receive a page view, and Meta may receive a Lead or Purchase event after you submit a form or a verified payment. We don’t sell personal data. Learner portfolios are public only if you opt in.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and payment records for as long as tax and consumer law require, and teaching records for as long as a certificate might need to be verified. You can ask us to delete marketing contact details sooner.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, and ask us to erase data we no longer need. The grievance officer is Kunal Arora, at hello@leveltribe.com. You can also reach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915. Quiz answers, workshop registration answers, campaign parameters and message opt-outs are stored with your registration when the database is connected.
Age
LevelTribe is for adults. Ads and enrolment are aimed at people who are 18 or older. Don’t register a child.
